Amr Maklad

Amr Maklad is a finance professional with extensive experience in banking and client relationship management. Currently serving as an Assistant Relationship Manager for Medium Enterprises at ALEXBANK since December 2020, Amr is responsible for developing the Hub MEs Portfolio and ensuring client satisfaction through effective service and timely responses. Prior experience includes over seven years at QNB Group, where Amr held various positions, such as Senior Relationship Manager for SMEs, focusing on risk assessment and client communication, as well as Relationship Manager and Customer Advisor roles. Amr began a career in banking at Société Générale as a Cash Teller, providing customer service and training new hires. Amr holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
