Joshua Staimpel

Joshua Staimpel possesses extensive experience in the engineering and business development sectors, notably as the Tech Business Development Team Manager at Alfa Laval since October 2016. In this capacity, Joshua leads a focused team targeting the dynamic US semiconductor market and exploring innovative heat recovery solutions, including the Micro heat exchanger for Combined Heat and Power applications. Previous roles at Alfa Laval include Business Development Manager, where Joshua concentrated on market trends in heat transfer, and Sales Application Engineer, responsible for design and proposal generation for compact heat exchanger technologies. Prior to Alfa Laval, Joshua co-founded Lumos Umbrella, a startup that aimed to innovate traditional umbrella design. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering with a concentration in Nanoscience from North Carolina State University.
