Rajnish Khandare

Rajnish Khandare has extensive experience in credit control and financial management, currently serving as a Credit Controller in the Energy Division at Alfa Laval since August 2014, responsible for DSO reduction, inventory management, and key customer management. Previous roles include Manager Order to Cash for the Energy and Green House Division and Head of Invoicing at Alfa Laval. Prior experience includes managerial positions at Innoventive Industries Limited and Lafarge A&C Limited India, focusing on credit control policies and collection analysis. Rajnish began their career at Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd as a Commercial Trainee, progressing through various credit control roles in companies such as Sharp India Ltd and Fresenius Kabi. Rajnish holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and a Diploma in Taxation Laws, complemented by a solid educational foundation in commerce and science.
