Anna Wilczynska is a seasoned recruitment and process development professional currently serving as a Senior Consultant at alfanar since June 2023, focusing on improving recruitment processes. Previously, Anna held various roles at EY, including Supervising Associate and Senior Associate, where collaboration with service delivery teams was essential in determining resourcing needs. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Cooper Fitch in public sector recruitment, as well as roles at Quest Search and Selection, Jacobs, and Alexander Mann Solutions, cultivating a strong foundation in recruitment coordination and client management. Anna's early career involved knowledge management at ITI Neovision and customer service roles, complemented by a Master’s degree in Political Science and Government from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
