Atif Mubarak

Atif Mubarak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR systems and transformation within major organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Solution Lead for HR Systems at alfanar, Atif is responsible for architecting solutions and managing projects related to both on-premise and cloud-based HR systems. Prior roles include Senior Manager of HR Transformation at GMG, where Atif led digitalization efforts across multiple countries, and various positions at IBM, Serco, Al-Futtaim, Midas Safety, EY, and Inbox Business Technologies, focusing on SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Oracle HRMS implementations.
