Joel Rey

Joel Rey currently serves as the Director of Transit Services and Principal Associate at Alfred Benesch & Company since December 2021. Before this role, Joel held various positions at Tindale Oliver from 2002 to December 2021, including Principal/Vice President and Director of Transportation and Transit Solutions. Joel's career began at the Center for Urban Transportation Research, where a position as Senior Research Associate was held from 1989 to 2002. Joel earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida between 1984 and 1992.
