Amany Killawi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, community engagement, and crowdfunding. As Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor at LaunchGood since October 2013, Amany transitioned from daily operations to provide strategic guidance, having previously led teams to raise over half a billion for global projects. With a commitment to youth empowerment, Amany co-founded the Detroit Minds and Hearts Fellowship, fostering leadership among inner-city youth, and has held advisory roles at organizations such as algbra. Amany's earlier roles include Administrative Director at the American Learning Institute for Muslims, Project Manager at the Institute for Social Policy and Understanding, and community engagement positions that further showcased skills in outreach, strategy development, and fundraising.
