Graeme Dickson

Graeme Dickson is a legal professional with extensive experience in capital markets and corporate law, currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Algorand Foundation since October 2024. Prior roles include Group General Counsel at CoinShares from October 2019 to October 2024, and Senior Counsel in Corporate, Capital, and M&A at Aviva from November 2016 to September 2019. Graeme's earlier career involved positions at White & Case, Linklaters, and various secondments to major financial institutions such as Standard Bank Group and Bank of America, focusing on debt capital markets transactions. Graeme holds a MA (Hons) in International Relations from the University of St Andrews, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from The University of Law, and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
