Pin Liu

Pin Liu is a highly experienced scientist specializing in drug delivery systems targeting central nervous system tissues. Currently serving as Principal Scientist at Aliada Therapeutics since October 2023, Pin Liu focuses on developing oligonucleotide-based drug delivery platforms and associated efficacy assays. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Principal Scientist at SanegeneBio, where Pin Liu advanced siRNA-based drug delivery and assay development. Pin Liu previously held the position of Principal Scientist at Q-State Biosciences, leading an NIH SBIR grant project aimed at chronic pain treatment. Earlier scientific training includes a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School, where Pin Liu conducted electrophysiological and pharmacological research on ion channels. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Biology from Utah State University and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Nankai University.
