Rafael Ricaurte

Rafael Ricaurte is a seasoned professional in digital innovation and strategic management, currently serving as Digital Innovation Manager at Alianza Team® since September 2018, after rising through roles such as Strategy & Innovation Manager and Coordinator. Prior to this, Rafael completed a strategic advisory internship at London Executive Advisors and gained valuable experience as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Strategy and Operations at Deloitte from November 2012 to June 2016. Rafael's career began with an internship in Economic Research at BBVA in 2011. Academic credentials include an MBA in Global Financial Services from Coventry University London and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
