Diogo Cabral

Diogo Cabral has extensive experience in design leadership, currently serving as the Leading Design at Alice since November 2024. Previously, Diogo held the position of Global VP of Design at Rappi for a brief period in early 2024 and was a Design Director and Business Lead at Nubank from November 2019 to January 2024. Diogo's career includes various roles at Globo.com over 13 years, culminating in the position of Design Manager. Additionally, Diogo contributed to the academic field as a lecturer at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Rio de Janeiro from 2018 to 2019. Early career experience includes significant interaction design roles at Elumini IT & Business Consulting and L'Oréal. Diogo holds an Executive Education Program certificate from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina.
