Mycah Miller

Mycah Miller, CHES, CPC, ELI-MP, currently serves as the Director of Training and Development at Alight Solutions, a role that involves assessing training needs, designing and evaluating training programs, and overseeing new hire onboarding. Mycah applies adult learning principles to create effective training materials and manages ongoing professional development tracks. Previously, Mycah held various positions at Compass Professional Health Services, including Senior Healthcare Consultant, Associate Consultant, and Analyst, where responsibilities focused on healthcare cost-containment strategies and employee health improvement. Mycah earned a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from The University of Texas at Austin in 2012.
