Joseph-Désiré Yuma Ilale

Joseph Dibenedetto is an experienced social work professional with a strong background in advocacy and community organizing. Currently serving as Projects Manager at Search and Care, Joseph supports care management team operations, supervises staff, and oversees various agency programs. Previously held roles include Advocacy Coordinator, where impactful workshops and initiatives for older adults were developed, and Social Worker, providing vital direct services to homebound seniors. As the Founder and Chair Organizer of the Intergenerational Committee at The Radical Age Movement, Joseph planned advocacy events and contributed to strategic planning. Joseph's educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Science from Binghamton University.
