Gemma Bailey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science, analytics, and technology management. Currently serving as GM of Data Science and Analytics at Alinta Energy, Gemma has previously held key positions at Linfox, including GM of Data, Core Systems and Emerging Technology, Digital Technology Manager, and IT Program Manager. Additional roles include Project Manager for Linkt at Transurban, IT Project Manager at Coles, and Senior Consultant/Project Manager at Spatial Vision. Gemma holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Curtin University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business from the University of Melbourne.
