Mai Vexler

Mai Vexler serves as the Head of HR at Alison.ai since June 2024, following a tenure as VP of HR at Hexa from August 2021 to June 2024, where Mai was integral to the executive management team, addressing HR and business challenges. Prior to that, Mai managed the recruitment department at Log-On Software from August 2014 to August 2021, overseeing a team of over 20 recruiters and driving productivity goals. Mai's career began as a Technical Recruiter and Recruitment Team Leader. Mai holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Behavior Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Business Administration, and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
