Abd El Mouttalib Kamal

Abd El Mouttalib KAMAL is a Senior Strategic Management Advisor and Senior IT Portfolio Manager at Alithya since June 2022, previously holding strategic management roles at the Ministry of Justice of Quebec and the Société de l'Assurance Automobile du Québec. With extensive experience at Medi1TV from 2006 to 2022, KAMAL served as the Deputy Technical Director overseeing IT, broadcast, and transmission systems, and held leadership positions in the engineering and transmission departments. Earlier, KAMAL worked at Teligent Telecom as an Integration and Support Engineer. KAMAL's educational background includes a Master in Project Management from Université du Québec en Outaouais (in progress), an MBA in Project Management from ESC Clermont Business School, and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Ecole Marocaine des Sciences de l'ingénieur.
