Mary Nance

Mary Nance is a Senior Consultant at Alithya since July 2021, bringing extensive experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Prior experience includes serving as an Oracle Certified Cloud HCM Consultant at AST LLC, where Mary Nance focused on full implementations for Core HR, Goal, and Performance Management. At Oracle, from November 2004 to January 2020, Mary Nance implemented Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Performance Management, conducted upgrades, and taught classes. Earlier, as a JDE Consultant HCM, Mary Nance managed projects involving full ERP, HR, Payroll, and Benefits for both US and Canadian operations. Mary Nance's career began as the Director of HR and Payroll at JPI Companies, overseeing payroll activities and leading a full ERP implementation to JDEdwards. Mary Nance holds a two-year Associate degree in Accounting and Finance from Superior College, obtained between 1981 and 1983.
