Thierry Koralewski

Thierry Koralewski has extensive experience in production management across various industries, particularly in the railway and construction sectors. Currently serving as Directeur de production at ALKERN since October 2019, Thierry oversees the VIBROMAT site. Prior to this role, Thierry was Directeur site at EMOFER from September 2016 to October 2019, managing the production of concrete and steel railway sleepers. Thierry also held significant positions at Colas Rail, including Directeur de l'agence Industries from March 2013 to September 2016, where responsibilities included commercial development and industrial organization across three production sites. From January 2000 to February 2013, Thierry served as Directeur d'exploitation Nord Est at BONNA SABLA groupe CONSOLIS, overseeing ten factory directors and implementing quality and productivity strategies. Earlier experience includes a role as Developpeur at CIMT MARLY from 1988 to 1989.
