Adley Costa

Adley Costa possesses extensive experience in sports officiating and hospitality management. Current roles include Elite Referees Coach/Consultant, Referee Educator, and Match Commissioner at the All India Football Federation since July 2016. Adley has also worked as an Anchor, Emcee, Motivational Speaker, Mentor, and Resource Person since April 2002. Previous positions include Recreation Manager and Hospitality Trainer at Marriott International from August 2017 to November 2020, Consultant and Activity Manager at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, and Multi-property Recreation Manager at Accor. Adley's earlier career features significant roles in sports development and hospitality at Goa Football Association, Karma Group Global, and Radisson hotels, among others. Educational background includes a Diploma in Spa Management & Operations from OSA and additional studies at SP Chowgule College.
