Nick Kershaw

Nick Kershaw is a Trustee at Allan Gray Orbis Foundation, and they have also previously worked with Every Child Our Future, Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropy, and Apax Partners Funds. From March 2014 to October 2020, they served as the Chairman at Apax Partners Funds, and from April 2016 to January 2018, they were a Member of the Executive Board at Ogier. Nick Kershaw has also been Global Managing Partner at Ogier from January 1993 to December 2016, and before that, they worked as an Associate at Clifford Chance LLP from January 1990 to December 1993. Prior to that, they were a Corporate Finance Executive at UBS from January 1987 to December 1989.

After studying at the Inns of Court School of Law and being admitted to the Bar in 1996, Nick Kershaw became an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey. Nick later went on to study at King's College University of London and Bolton School.
