Paul Hoback

Paul Hoback has extensive experience in engineering, development, and operations, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Allegheny County Airport Authority since December 2000. Previously, Paul held multiple leadership roles within the authority, including Sr. Vice President of Engineering, Planning, and Capital Development, as well as Vice President of Operations and Facilities. Prior to this, Paul worked as a Process Engineer at Paragon Trade Brands and Veka Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, both from Geneva College, with earlier studies at Grove City College.
