Frederick Holt III

Frederick (Tripp) Holt III is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and controls engineering, currently serving as the Group Product Manager for Commercial Software at Allegion since October 2018. Responsibilities include managing the profitability of the Commercial Software portfolio, leading the Global IoT Platform, and aligning product vision with customer needs. Previously, Tripp held roles at Allegion that included Senior Product Manager and Technical Business Leader, focusing on the development and execution of strategies to enhance value and revenue. Prior to Allegion, experience was gained at Cummins Inc. as a Senior Controls Engineer and at Tai Yang Research Company as a Lead Controls Engineer. Tripp holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University and two degrees from Florida State University in Controls and Mechanical Engineering.
