Katie Vanderpool King, CSSGB, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and technical support within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as an Operational Excellence, Lean Specialist at Allegion and an Operational Excellence Consultant at KM Murphy Consulting, Katie previously held key roles at Baerlocher USA, where responsibilities included process development and troubleshooting for metallic stearates. Prior to that, experience as a Research Chemist at Sirrus involved application development and polymer characterization, contributing to patented formulations. Earlier roles also include analytical and bioanalytical chemistry positions, with a foundational degree in Chemistry from the University of Mary Washington.
