Thanh Pham

Thanh Pham is an IT Business Analyst I at Allegion since February 2023, with prior experience as a Business Analyst Intern at BMO and a Digital Workplace Analyst at Point B. During the internship at BMO, Thanh designed an Idea Management system for the Personal & Business Banking department, managing project requirements and stakeholder communication. At Point B, Thanh was involved in end-to-end project development for Digital Workplace solutions, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. Thanh also held roles as an Office Assistant and Sales Associate, demonstrating strong customer service and organizational skills. Thanh earned a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Chicago in January 2023.
