Megan Hayward

Megan Hayward is a business leader with extensive experience in the staffing and sports industries. Currently serving as a Partner at the Allen Americans Professional Hockey Club and as Founder & CEO of Temporary Assistance Guru, Megan has developed a platform that streamlines the hiring of temporary employees for companies. In addition to roles at LaborEXchange, Inc. as Vice President and Partner positions with the Jacksonville Icemen, Savannah Ghost Pirates, and Community First Igloo, Megan previously owned LaborExchange and managed operations as District Manager at LaborMAX Staffing. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a focus on Advertising from the University of North Florida, obtained in May 2012.
