Joshua del Castillo

Joshua del Castillo is a highly experienced attorney specializing in complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, bankruptcy, and intellectual property litigation. With a career spanning from October 2006 to the present at Allen Matkins, Joshua has advanced from Associate to Senior Counsel and currently serves as a Partner. Prior to this role, Joshua was an Associate at Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy, LLP from October 2005 to September 2006, where involvement in similar litigation areas was extensive. Additionally, a Pro Bono Attorney position was held at the ACLU of Southern California during a secondment from Milbank in late 2005. Joshua holds a Juris Doctorate from USC Gould School of Law, earned in 2005, a Master's degree in Anthropology from the University of Michigan, completed in 2000, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Southern California, obtained in 1996.
