Liam Cox is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Head of Allen Embedded at Allen Recruitment Consulting since September 2017. In this role, Liam leads an innovative recruitment solution that leverages artificial intelligence to significantly reduce both recruitment costs and time to hire while enhancing hiring quality. As Country Director for Spain, Liam is responsible for establishing Allen Recruitment in the Spanish market, offering recruitment solutions across various sectors including IT, Finance, and Life Sciences throughout Europe. Previous experience includes positions as a Principal Recruiter, Team Lead, and Recruitment Consultant at Allen Recruitment, along with a role as Duty Manager at Carrick Cineplex. Liam holds an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching from Kingstown College and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce International from the University of Galway.
