Barbara A. Nick

Elected as a director in July 2020. She has 40 years of strategic, regulatory and operating experience in the electric and natural gas energy industries, through her leadership roles with Integrys Energy and Wisconsin Energy Group, (NYSE:WEC) serving as President of Minnesota Energy Resources and Michigan Gas Utilities from 2012-2014. She most recently served five and half years as CEO of Dairyland Power Cooperative. Nick is serving a six-year term on the State of Wisconsin Investment Board. She also served on the board of directors for the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI). EPRI is a nonprofit that conducts research and development to help address challenges in electricity, including reliability, efficiency, affordability, health, safety, and the environment.
