Michelle joined AHMM in 2013 to work on The Post Building, a new mixed-use development on New Oxford Street in central London, from conception through to planning submission. Michelle was also a key member of the Hawley Wharf team, focusing on developing the design, construction and fit-out for the now complete new Market Building in Camden, London. Part of a 50,000sqm masterplan, the Market Building scheme comprises a new-build 10,000sqm six-storey building with market space, co-working, rooftop restaurants and public roof terraces. More recently, Michelle has worked on a range of feasibility studies and early-stage design development for large mixed-use urban projects, primarily within London. Michelle has an interest in education and is involved in mentoring at AHMM, as well as being a key part of the Trailblazer Group in charge of developing the UK’s first Architecture Apprenticeships Standards in collaboration with RIBA, ARB and UK universities. She was made an Associate in 2022.
