April Chiree' Williams, M.Sc., RID, NCIDQ, is an accomplished interior designer and manager with extensive experience in mentoring and training within the architecture field. Currently serving as the Manager of Mentoring & Training at Alliance Architects, Inc., since May 2016, April has developed training strategies, onboarding processes, and self-reflection systems aimed at assisting junior designers in their professional growth. Previous roles include Registered Interior Designer and Adjunct Instructor at Stephen F. Austin State University, Project Designer at Dement Designs, and Sr. Project Manager at BSA Design Group, Inc. April holds multiple degrees in Interior Design and Drafting & Design Technology from Stephen F. Austin State University and Angelina College, along with specialized certifications.
