Ruth Blane

Ruth Blane is an experienced Training Manager with a strong background in designing and implementing training programs within diverse organizational settings. Currently at Alliance Group Limited since July 2019, Ruth oversees the ERP Training Manager role, focusing on building digital literacy and supporting ERP training initiatives across various modules, while also managing training resources and change management activities. Previously, from August 2005 to December 2017, Ruth held multiple positions at the British Council, where responsibilities included leading finance training programs, managing training teams, and producing comprehensive training materials across various countries. Ruth holds CIPD qualifications, a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Management from The Open University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Liverpool.
