Peggy Melancon

Peggy Melancon is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Notable positions include Human Resources Business Partner at Alliance Safety Council and Corporate Human Resources Business Partner at both Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana and Albemarle Corporation. Peggy also served as Human Resources Director at Elder Outreach and MERIT HEALTH NATCHEZ. Peggy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law Government and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from Southeastern Louisiana University.
