Nicholas McPherson

Nicholas McPherson currently serves as an Implementation Tech at AllianceHCM, where responsibilities include collaborating with Implementation Specialists to ensure data accuracy and executing the import of various financial data. Prior experience includes working as an Account Manager at The Reisner Group, handling full-cycle recruitment for management positions in retail settings, and working with SeekerPitch in multiple roles such as Recruiter and Implementation Analyst. Nicholas also held the position of Operations - Facilities/IT Manager at Chick-fil-A Restaurants, overseeing daily operations and managing a team in a high-revenue environment. Earlier roles include Shift Manager at T-Mobile and Summer Intern at Eastside Church.
