Marissa Colville holds an MBA in Human Resources and a BSBA in Management from the University of Central Florida. Currently, Marissa serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at AllianceRx Walgreens Pharmacy, previously holding the position of Director of Human Resources. Marissa has extensive experience in human resources roles at prominent companies, including serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at both Cox Media Group Orlando and Siemens, as well as at Lockheed Martin. Additionally, Marissa has a background in compensation and international HR as part of the Human Resources Leadership Development Program at Lockheed Martin. Marissa is certified as a SHRM-SCP, CMC, and CPC, showcasing a strong commitment to professional development in the HR field.
