Arjen Traas

Arjen Traas is a Lead Developer at Alliander since November 2023 and has been a Consultant in Data Engineering at Infiniot B.V. since January 2019. Previously, Arjen held the position of Technical Lead at Stedin from March 2019 to November 2023, where responsibilities included building an IoT streaming data platform for measurement data integration. Other roles include Developer & Application Engineer, focused on creating integrations between Kafka and various applications, and IoT Engineer, managing innovative pilot projects. Arjen's career began as a Dataspecialist at B&S BV, contributing to a data warehouse project and developing sales forecasting models, and gained early experience as an IT Specialist at Brunel. Arjen holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Information Sciences from Tilburg University, completed in 2017, and also attended Reynaertcollege, completing VWO in 2012.
