Steven J. Spielberg

Steven J. Spielberg is a seasoned professional in affordable housing development, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Alliant Communities since January 2024. Previously, Spielberg held the position of Vice President of Real Estate Development at EAH Housing, where responsibilities included managing the Southern California office and overseeing various affordable housing projects. Additionally, Spielberg's experience includes roles as Director of Real Estate Development at Step Up and Vice President at Urban Development & Finance, LLC, along with development associate positions at AMCAL and Galaxy Commercial Holding. Spielberg holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
