Allison Bienhoff

Allison Bienhoff, CCP, currently serves as the AVP and Head of Compensation & Benefits at Allianz Life since May 2015, having also held the roles of AVP, Head of Compensation - North America, and Director of Compensation within the company. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant in Executive Compensation at St. Jude Medical from October 2011 to May 2015, and as a Senior Associate in Compensation & Benefits Consulting at Grant Thornton LLP from September 2004 to September 2011, where responsibilities also extended to the Federal Tax practice. Allison Bienhoff holds a Bachelor of Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth (2000-2004) and completed further education at WorldatWork in 2010.
