Ján Fiľ

Ján Fiľ has extensive experience in the insurance and training sectors, currently serving as a Tréner a školiteľ at Allianz - Slovenska poistovna, a.s. since August 2007, where responsibilities include preparing and conducting training sessions on skills and communication, sales skills training, social media marketing, and client service. Prior to this role, Ján served as an Account Manager at RENOMIA, a. s. from February 2005 to June 2007, focusing on corporate insurance, contract management, and training. Earlier experience includes a role as a manažér pre technické riziká at ČSOB Finančná skupina from February 2004 to January 2005, managing teams of insurance advisors and conducting audits. Ján holds a Master's degree in management from the University of Presov, obtained between 1998 and 2003.
