Allison Aitken

Allison Aitken is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people management and reward strategies. Currently serving as People Director at Allianz, Aitken has previously held roles including Head of Reward and Senior HR Business Partner at the same firm, as well as a Senior HR Business Partner at BNP Paribas and Graduate Recruitment Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Aitken holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies with HRM from Bournemouth University and a Master's degree in HRM from the University of Westminster.
