Angelika Inglsperger

Angelika Inglsperger is an experienced leader in human resources with a focus on people strategy and talent management. Currently serving as Group Head People and Strategy at Allianz since September 2016, Angelika leads a Center of Excellence dedicated to global employer branding, recruiting, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and career development. Prior roles at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty included Group Head Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, where responsibilities encompassed employee engagement and performance management. Earlier experience includes leadership positions in global employer branding and recruiting at Allianz SE, consultancy at BBDO Consulting, and strategic roles at McKinsey & Company and Wunderman. Angelika holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Licence in Business Administration from Université Robert Schuman.
