Erica Maldonado is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in event planning and sales within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Private Events for Good Time Design since 2015, Erica is responsible for managing private events across multiple nightlife venues, demonstrating exceptional sales performance and relationship-building skills. Erica also operates as a Real Estate Agent for Allison James Estates and Homes and owns Joie de Vivre Weddings and Events, providing consulting services for weddings and events at both national and local levels. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Landmark Events, Director of Catering at Estancia La Jolla Hotel and Spa, and various positions at Hyatt Regency Islandia Hotel, all showcasing a consistent record of exceeding sales targets, strategic marketing, and exceptional client service.
