Kate Luczko

Kate Luczko is a seasoned leader in workforce development and business management, currently serving as the Senior Director at HealthForce NH since July 2023. With a focus on healthcare workforce solutions, Kate engages diverse stakeholders to address industry challenges. In addition to this role, Kate hosts a podcast, "People, Place, & Purpose," where interviews explore the stories of business owners, emphasizing networking and relationship-building. Kate is also a licensed REALTOR with Allison James Estates and Homes, providing real estate services in the Manchester, NH area. As an adjunct faculty member at the University of New Hampshire, Kate teaches various business courses that introduce students to essential collegiate and professional skills. Previous leadership roles include President & CEO of the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce and Stay Work Play New Hampshire, where strategic vision and community engagement were paramount. Kate's educational background includes an MBA with a focus on nonprofit leadership and a BA in Sustainable Business.
