Richard Kendall

Richard Kendall is a seasoned professional in the real estate communications sector with over two decades of experience. Currently a Partner and Managing Director at Allison since July 2012, Richard has also served as General Manager of the San Diego office, leading the firm’s initiatives in international communications. Prior to this role, Richard spent over 13 years at Frause as Shareholder and Executive Vice President, where direction was provided to the real estate practice, focusing on comprehensive communications for developers and land use navigation. Richard’s career began at Bombar Public Relations, working as an Account Manager to address communication needs across various sectors. Richard holds a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University and a Certificate in Public Relations from the University of Washington.
