Norman Scherr

Norm Scherr joined the Board of Directors of Allnorth in October 2022. Norm is a currently a principal at Long Point Capital, a lower-middle market private equity fund that focuses on investments in professional service firms. Norm has more than 12 years of experience investing and growing professional service firms including several engineering, architecture, and construction services companies. Prior to joining Long Point Capital, Norm was an associate at Harris Williams & Co., a boutique investment banking firm that provides financial advisory services to middle-market companies. Norm received a B.S. in Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
