Rebecca Mulholland

Rebecca Mulholland is a seasoned professional in advocacy and legislative affairs with extensive experience in senior policy advisory roles. Currently serving as Senior Policy Advisor and previously as Chief of Staff and Policy Advisor at Allon Advocacy, LLC since January 2019, Rebecca has a strong background in managing legislative strategies and policy development. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Legislative Affairs and Chief of Staff at the National Air Transportation Association from August 2007 to January 2019, alongside responsibilities in meeting planning logistics. Rebecca holds a B.S. in Sociology and Philosophy from James Madison University and a B.S. in Communications Studies and Sociology from the University of Rhode Island.
