Karrie Radloff

Karrie Radloff is a seasoned engineer specializing in environmental science and contamination management, currently serving as a Metals and Mining Engineer at Allonnia since August 2022, where expertise is leveraged to derive value from mining wastes. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Gradient from February 2011 to August 2022 as a Senior Project Manager focusing on contaminant fate and transport as well as groundwater hydrology. Karrie also contributed to Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist from September 2004 to January 2011, where research enhanced understanding of arsenic dynamics in Bangladesh's aquifers. Additionally, Karrie developed a conceptual model of arsenic mobilization and worked as an Environmental Health Analyst at Gradient from 2002 to 2004, with early experience as a Summer Intern at the US EPA in 1999. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Earth and Environmental Engineering from Columbia Engineering and a BA in Chemistry from Mount Holyoke College.
