Anja Wyden Guelpa

Anja Wyden Guelpa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a member of the board of directors at Allreal Generalunternehmung AG and BCVs | WKB, as well as chairwoman of the positioning committee at La Mobilière, Anja is also a university lecturer at the Université de Lausanne, specializing in Innovation and Design Thinking. Anja holds the position of CEO at civicLab and has acted as an executive leadership coach since 2019. Additional board memberships include Farner Consulting AG, Swiss Risk & Care, and swiss tourism, alongside previous membership on the Innovation Council of Innosuisse. Anja's educational background includes advanced studies in design thinking, digital transformation, strategic management, and ESG and sustainable finance from prestigious institutions, such as Stanford University and the University of St.Gallen.
