Shiva K.

Shiva K. currently serves as VP, Head of Program Management at Alltrna since October 2024. Prior to this role, Shiva held the position of Vice President, Portfolio & Program Management at Orna Therapeutics from April 2023 to October 2024, focusing on rare diseases in oncology and autoimmune conditions, and successfully led the In vivo CD19 panCAR program. Shiva's experience also includes VP, Head of Portfolio & Program Management at Asklepios BioPharmaceutical, Inc. from March 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included portfolio governance and program strategy in gene therapy. Previous roles span senior positions at Homology Medicines, Biogen, Novartis, and the National Cancer Institute, encompassing external collaborations, program management, and research. Shiva holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a PhD in Molecular Biology from the Center for Cellular and Molecular Biology.
