Emily Newhouse

Emily Newhouse is an experienced astrology contributor for Allure Magazine since May 2019 and has been a production associate at Condé Nast Entertainment since June 2013. In addition to those roles, Emily has a background in performing arts, having written and performed sketch comedy with the House Sketch team Cookie Mountain at the Magnet Theater, where collaboration included notable performers such as Jason Salmon and Kristen Bartlett. Emily has also been part of various improv groups, including The Scenic Route and Gravity, and has worked as a tutor for Spanish-speaking families at Champion Learning Center. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies from Oberlin College and an Associate in Applied Science in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design, alongside extensive training in improv and sketch comedy from institutions such as the Upright Citizens Brigade and the Magnet Theater.
