Scott Sanders

Scott Sanders currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Pinnacle Leadership and Team Development at Alnoba, having resumed this role in September 2024 after a previous tenure with the organization from March 2019 to August 2021. Prior to this, Scott held various managerial positions at Cedar between December 2021 and August 2024, including Organizational Development Manager and People Experience & Culture Manager. Scott's background includes a significant law enforcement career as Chief of Police for the Kensington Police Department from 2008 to February 2019, along with roles as Sergeant and Patrol Officer. Scott's military service includes the role of Airborne Infantryman in the US Army from 2003 to 2005. Educationally, Scott holds a Master of Science in Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Public Service Management from UNH Online, along with an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from NHTI, Concord's Community College.
